ML Studios ("we", "us") operates an AI-assisted LinkedIn content scheduler (the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your email address, used to identify your account.
- LinkedIn connection. When you connect LinkedIn, we receive an access token and your LinkedIn member identifier so we can publish posts you approve. We never see or store your LinkedIn password.
- Content you create. Topics, tone preferences, sample posts you provide, and the drafts generated for you.
How we use your information
- To generate post drafts using an AI model based on the inputs you provide.
- To schedule and publish posts to LinkedIn — only those you explicitly approve.
- To send you notifications about drafts and scheduled posts.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service:
- LinkedIn — to publish the posts you approve, via LinkedIn's official API.
- AI generation provider — your topic and sample text are sent to an AI provider to produce drafts. This content is not used to train their models.
- Hosting and database providers — to store your data securely.
Data security
LinkedIn access tokens are encrypted at rest. Tokens are never exposed to your browser and are used only on our server to publish posts you have approved. We use industry- standard measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time, which removes our access. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We post to LinkedIn only with your explicit approval — there is no automatic posting without your action.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you request deletion, we remove your personal information and LinkedIn tokens from our systems.
